What’s the minimum order?
From 50 pairs per design. You can split that quantity across sizes.
How much do they cost?
From £10.00 per pair at 50 pairs, down to £5.00 per pair at 500 pairs. Orders over 1,000 pairs are quoted individually, and packaging is quoted on top.
How long does it take?
4 to 6 weeks from design approval, with express in 3 weeks. Put your event date in the form and we’ll confirm it’s achievable before you commit.
Is the logo printed or knitted?
Knitted in. We use jacquard knitting, so the design is part of the fabric and won’t fade, crack or peel.
What sizes are available?
UK 4 to 7 and UK 8 to 12. Tell us the split and we’ll knit to it.
What packaging can you do?
Header cards, belly bands and gift boxes, all in your branding. Or plain bulk packing if the socks are going straight into a goodie bag.
Can you deliver to our event venue?
Yes. We deliver the whole order to one address of your choice, whether that’s your office or the venue.
Can you match our brand colours?
Yes, we match to your Pantone references. Send them with your brief, or we’ll pick them from your logo.
How does payment work?
50% deposit to start, balance before dispatch. We invoice your company directly.
Can I return custom socks?
Custom orders are made for you, so they’re final sale unless faulty. If anything arrives damaged or defective, tell us within 14 days with a photo and we’ll put it right.
