What’s the pricing?
50 pairs: £10/pair. 100 pairs: £7/pair. 200 pairs: £6/pair. 500 pairs: £5/pair. Pricing may fluctuate with world events.
What’s the minimum order?
Generally 50 pairs per size and style (so two sizes = 100 pairs total). Over 150 pairs? Email hello@nxtwavesocks.com and we’ll work something out.
Production & delivery time?
30 to 60 days from payment. 98% of custom orders arrive within 30 days, though world events can occasionally disrupt the supply chain.
Return policy for custom socks?
All custom sales are final except for faulty products. If there’s a defect or damage on arrival, contact us within 14 days with your order number and a photo for a refund or exchange.
Can I add my own logos and colours?
Absolutely. Send us your details and we’ll create a free mock-up.
