SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping and Returns Policy

Shipping Policy

Processing Times:

  • All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

 

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 3-7 business days.

  • Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

  • Custom socks and bulk orders are delivered between 30-60 days

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking:

  • You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

International Shipping:

  • We currently ship worldwide. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

  • International customers are responsible for customs duties and taxes. NxtWave is not responsible for any fees charged by customs unless agreed in advance.

Damages:

  • NxtWave is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Returns Policy

General Sale Returns:

  • We accept general sale returns (non customised socks) up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

  • In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at hello@nxtwavesocks.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

Custom Socks:

  • All sales of custom socks are final, due to the customised nature, Nxtwave do not accept returns of customised socks unless products are damaged or faulty.  Please check your products upon receipt.  We can only make refunds for damaged / incorrect custom socks up to 14 days after receiving the shipment, if the defect is not reported within 14 days, we cannot issue a refund due to insurance invalidation.  It is required that the customer returns the faulty products to our UK warehouse (at no expense to the customer) within 14 days of identifying an issue. Good Faith discounts can be applied to the entire order based on the sales representative's discretion. 

  • How to Return an Item:

  • To return an item, please email customer service at hello@nxtwavesocks.com to obtain a return authorization.

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
